1-on-1 Personal Training

The core of what we do. You get a certified trainer for the whole session — not a floor coach splitting attention between six people — and a program written for your body, your goal and your schedule.

We start with an assessment of how you move, what you have done before, and what hurts. From there we build strength work you can actually progress on, with form coached rep by rep so the weight goes up without something going wrong.

  • Individual program design, adjusted as you progress
  • Hands-on coaching and form correction every session
  • Strength, fat loss, conditioning and mobility work
  • Progress tracked so you can see the numbers move
  • Flexible session times, booked around your week

Pairs With Training

Nutrition Coaching

You cannot out-train a diet that is working against you. Waypoint clients get practical nutrition guidance built around what they actually eat, cook and buy — not a printout of foods to avoid.

We set targets that match your training and your goal, then adjust them as your body changes. The point is habits you still have in a year, not a six-week sprint you burn out of.

  • Goal-based calorie and protein targets
  • Guidance that fits your schedule and budget
  • Simple habit changes instead of rigid meal plans
  • Reviewed and adjusted as your training changes

Train Together

Group Training & Bootcamps

Bring a spouse, a training partner or a friend, or join one of the scheduled bootcamp sessions. Same coaching eyes on your form, more energy in the room, and a cost you are splitting.

Workouts are scaled per person, so a first-timer and a lifelong lifter can run the same session without either one being lost or bored.

  • Partner and small group personal training
  • Scheduled bootcamp-style group workouts
  • Every movement scaled to the individual
  • A good fit if accountability is your sticking point

Careful Progressions

Return To Strength

Post-surgery, post-injury, or just years away from the gym. This is some of the most common work we do, and it is where having a trainer who watches every rep matters most.

We work within what your body will tolerate today and build from there — loading joints deliberately, backing off when something flares, and keeping you moving forward instead of starting over every few weeks.

  • Conservative loading and controlled progressions
  • Workouts adjusted around what is sore or limited
  • Rebuilding strength and stability, not just range
  • Coordinated with what your doctor or PT has told you

Waypoint Fitness is a personal training studio, not a medical or physical therapy provider. Please get clearance from your physician before starting a new program.

Pricing

What It Costs

Rates depend on how often you train and whether you are training solo, with a partner or in a group — so we quote it after the assessment, once we know what you actually need. Clients consistently tell us the pricing is reasonable for what they get.

Solo Training

One-on-one sessions with your trainer. Priced per week based on how many sessions fit your schedule.

Partner Training

Two people, one trainer, one session. A lower per-person rate and a built-in accountability partner.

Small Group

Group sessions and bootcamps for people who train better with a few others in the room.

Questions

Before You Start

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No. That is the entire reason the first session is an assessment. We meet you where you are — whether that is a first workout in a decade or a plateau you have been stuck on for months — and build from that point.

What happens at the free assessment?

You come in, tour the gym, and sit down with a trainer to talk through your goals, your training history and any injuries. We look at how you move through some basic patterns, then explain what a program for you would look like. No cost, and no obligation to sign up.

Do I need my own gym membership?

No. Training at Waypoint takes place in our private facility on Holleman Drive South, and gym access during your sessions is part of your training.

How often should I train?

Most clients land somewhere between two and four sessions a week, depending on the goal and the schedule. We will give you an honest recommendation at the assessment rather than pushing the biggest package.

Can I train with my spouse or a friend?

Absolutely. Partner and small group training are both available, and for a lot of people they are the thing that makes the habit stick.

Can you work around an injury or a recent surgery?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Bring any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist and we will build the program inside those limits.
