REAL Certified Trainers
Coaching from people who are actually credentialed and actually watching you lift. Form gets corrected in the moment, not after the injury.
Private, one-on-one personal training and nutrition coaching for every skill level. Real certified trainers, a gym you are not sharing with a crowd, and a plan built around where you actually are today.
In Army land navigation, a waypoint is a fixed point that gets you around obstacles and keeps you moving toward the objective. That is the job here: figure out where you are, set the next point, and get you there safely. No packed weight room, no cookie-cutter program, no one guessing at your form.
Coaching from people who are actually credentialed and actually watching you lift. Form gets corrected in the moment, not after the injury.
Early mornings, lunch breaks, after work. We build a schedule around your week instead of asking you to rebuild your week around us.
By appointment only. No waiting on equipment, no audience, no intimidation factor. Just you, your coach, and the work in front of you.
Training is half of it. We help you sort out what to eat around your goals in a way you can actually keep up once the session is over.
First time touching a barbell or fifteen years in, coming back from surgery or training for a race. Everybody starts from their own waypoint.
Consistency is the whole game. Your trainer tracks your progress and keeps you showing up on the weeks you would rather not.
Waypoint Fitness sits on Holleman Drive South in College Station. Racks, platforms, a full dumbbell wall, plate-loaded machines, cable towers and a turf lane for conditioning — laid out so a session can move without waiting on anybody.
Because it runs by appointment, you get the equipment you need when you need it. That is the difference between a workout you finish and a workout you negotiate.
Every client starts with a free assessment so the plan matches the person. Here is where most people begin.
Your coach, your program, your session. Strength, fat loss, mobility and conditioning, progressed week to week based on what your body is actually doing.
Practical guidance on protein, portions and timing that fits your schedule and your budget. No banned-food lists, no meal plan you abandon in week two.
Train with a partner or join a small group session. Same coaching eyes, more energy in the room, and a price point that works if you would rather share it.
Come in, meet your trainer, and walk through your goals, your history and anything that hurts. We look at how you move before we load anything up. No cost, no pressure.
We build a program around your goal, your schedule and your starting point, then set the sessions per week that make sense for your life.
You train, we coach, and the numbers move. Your program gets adjusted as you get stronger so the next waypoint is always in reach.
“Clayton is great to work with. We discussed my long- and short-term fitness and nutrition goals, and he put together a plan just for me. He’s super easy to talk to and really helps you understand how small changes can help your overall goals. I highly recommend him and Waypoint Fitness!”
“This place is awesome! Billy and my trainer Isaac are so welcoming. I actually have a degree in kinesiology but Isaac has taught me so much new information and makes sure I stay consistent and that I am progressing. Would totally recommend Waypoint Fitness.”
“Great trainer! Billy helped me safely rebuild strength in my knees after surgery. Very knowledgeable, attentive to form, and always adjusts workouts to fit my needs. I feel stronger and more stable than I have in a long time — highly recommend.”
“Great training and support from Billy at Waypoint. I have worked with him for over five years. He has seen me through successful races and various injuries to get and keep me in great shape.”

The line on his whiteboard is the whole standard: be a little bit better today than you were yesterday. Not a transformation in six weeks. Not a program you white-knuckle and quit. Just a little bit better, over and over, until you look up and you are somewhere new.
Come see the gym, meet a trainer, and find out what a plan built for you actually looks like. Call, text, or send a message and we will get you on the schedule.
